Pursuant to the Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Thru the FOIA, I am ONCE AGAIN requesting my case # and all FBI documentation in regard to the following:
I visited the FBI Louisville Field Office 3X's regarding the City of Elizabethtown (COE), KY Municipality – “influence and racketeering” and Ky Retirement System (as of 04-01-2021 to be known as KY Public Pensions Authority {KPPA}) “double dipper pension fraud” by way of, not being able to retire/rehire into the same position as stated in Statute KRS61.637, which the law has since been changed).
On DECEMBER 3rd, 2020, I received a letter stating I would be charged for search and duplication fees in accordance with 5USC SS 552 (a)(4)(A)(ii)(III). The letter also stated the FBI would have to research and may have to charge me to find my case #. That email has since DISAPPEARED from my email account. (How hard is it to search computer files for my case #? It would have been quicker to search than send me a letter why the FBI needed time to search and would possibly charge me for searching for my case #).
The following information is pertinent to the case:
*In 2010, I was asked by the City of Elizabethtown, KY Municipality had I ever been harassed? I was asked in part due to a lawsuit filed by former COE employee Cynthia Rogers dated 2008 (Rogers v. City of Elizabethtown et al, No. 3:2008cv00621). (NOTE: She partially won her lawsuit). I stated I had been harassed. NOTE: The harassment did NOT stop, it intensified.
VISIT # 1 to FBI - November 2014 My husband and I visited the Louisville FBI Office. I spoke to a Duty Agent regarding corruption at the City of Elizabethtown, KY Municipality.
* January 9, 2015, I was terminated from the City of Elizabethtown, KY Municipality (a little over a month AFTER going to the FBI the 1st time).
VISIT # 2 -2015 to FBI - In July 2015 the FBI ran an ad campaign stating if you knew of corruption in KY government please contact them. It was after seeing this ad campaign on TV that my husband and I went back a 2nd time to the FBI. A Duty Officer did NOT want to take my evidence, I had to INSIST she take it and FINALLY she did.
VISIT # 3 to FBI - During our last visit, I asked to speak with an Agent. Three (3) Agents came down to speak with us. I asked them what happened to the evidence? We were told do NOT step foot on their property again. I reminded the agent that tax payer funds pays for that building and his salary. My husband and I then left the premises.
* On May 2, 2020 I asked for my case # from the FBI through an email at the IC3 website. I did receive a response stating they would get back to me in a # of days (I do not recall how long). Shortly thereafter that email disappeared from my email account.
*On October 19, 2020 I asked for my CASE # again thru a FOIA request (via Fax and certified letters) to Special Agent, Brian Jones, in charge of the FBI Louisville Field Office, with copies going to my KY DC Representative Brett Guthrie, Senator Rand Paul and Senator Mitch McConnell.
*On October 22, 2020 Senator Paul responded and asked me to sign a privacy release form, which I did. He stated he would contact the appropriate agency for me.
*December 3, 2020, I received a letter stating I would be charged for search and duplication fees in accordance with 5USC SS 552 (a)(4)(A)(ii)(III). The letter also stated the FBI would have to research and may have to charge me to find my case #. That email has since DISAPPEARED from my email account.

I am responding to your letter dated 12-3-2020. I am appealing the decision of being charged for search and duplication fees in accordance with 5USC SS 552 (a)(4)(A)(ii)(III) for the following reasons:
1. I never received a case # during any of my (3) visits to the Louisville FBI regarding corruption at the City of Elizabethtown, KY. During my second visit, I had to INSIST the duty agent take my evidence and she RELUCTANTLY took it.
2. I have sent several requests asking for a case # in regards to the City of Elizabethtown, KY Municipality corruption. I have never rec’d it through the postal service mail, fax or as an email.
NOTE: I only received an email months ago stating the FBI would get back to me in 24 days. That email then disappeared off my computer and I never received anything else.
3. How can I be charged for information that the FBI WILL NOT give me?
4. Why is the City of Elizabethtown, KY Municipality not being held responsible for their corruption?
I apologize in advance to sounding disrespectful but I am enduring email, document, computer and cellphone hacking on almost a daily basis. Do you have any suggestions who I should report these crimes to?

2.TYPES OF WEAPONS: 5G Network (cell towers), Smart Meters, Microwave Satellites, Portable Units, Weaponized Drones, Portable Units and all others included in H.R.2977 of the 107th Congress.

5.LETTERS FROM FORMER MO REPRESENTATIVE JIM GUEST AGAINST DEW ABUSE:
A.October 10, 2007 letter from former MO Representative Jim Guest to Legislators that citizens were complaining of being microchipped, VERI and RFID chips.

B.May 21, 2009, letter from former MO Rep. Jim Guest wrote a letter on May 21, 2009 in support of victims being surveilled with U.S. sponsored mind control.

6.HEARINGS

November 24, 2009, President Obama appointed a commission on bio ethical issues. A hearing was held at the Warwick NY Hotel on May 18, 2011 (several videos available on youtube). At least 40 people spoke on how they were being used as a non-consensual human test subject.
