Pursuant to the the Louisiana Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

A. All documents sent or received on or after September 1, 2014 by Jack Weiss, Cheney Joseph, Ray Diamond, Christina Hood, Melissa Lonegrass or Greg Smith that include the term "diversity" or “Title IX”.

B. All documents that reflect, or otherwise relate to, any reports or complaints of racial or sex-based discrimination by LSU Law Center students or employees since August 1, 2013.

C. All correspondence, regardless of form, sent or received on or after October 1, 2014 by Jack Weiss, Cheney Joseph, Ray Diamond, Christina Hood, Greg Smith, to or from, any student, faculty member, or administrator associated with the LSU Reveille or LSU Manship School of Mass Communication, including, but not limited to Brittany Clark, Robert Ritter, Chandler Rome, and Tim Schreiner.

D. All records reflecting waivers of LSU System EEO advertising requirements issued from August 1, 2010 to present.

E. Any and all surveys of LSU Law Center students undertaken by LSU Law Center personnel from August 1, 2014 to present. Such records include any original survey, the raw results of those surveys, as well as any aggregated numerical or qualitative assessment of the survey results.

F. Any memoranda or correspondence sent to, or received by, Jack Weiss from Robert Sloan after January 1, 2014 the content of which relates to the Laborde Energy Center.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
