Pursuant to the Louisiana Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
1) Copies of all bid documents submitted by Creative Information Technology Inc. (CITI) in response to the department's Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) RFP.
2) Copies of all contracts, memorandums of understanding, and statements of work between the department and CITI related to the CCWIS project.
3) Copies of all documents describing predictive analytics tools that are, or will be, part of the department's CCWIS system. Specifically, I request any reports detailing variables that will be used by predictive analytics models, validation tests of predictive analytics models (whether compiled by the department or a third party), and employee guides for interpreting the results of predictive analytics models.
I ask that all fees be waived as I am a journalist and I intend to use the requested records to publish articles in the public interest and not for any commercial purpose.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
