Pursuant to the Louisiana Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

The bid submitted by TEI Software Development for the creation of the LCLE's POST database, which is described on TEI's website here: https://teisd.com/project/postplus/.

Please also provide the RFP or any other similar document issued by the state to solicit TEI's bid for the contract.

Please provide any attachments to either document.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I sent a response to your original request on 09/20/2023…we have been researching to see if the requested documents have been archived…

The documents you requested are over 15 years old, and we are not required to keep those specific records archived for that many years…therefore, we have no documents responsive to your request.
