Pursuant to the Louisiana Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting data on local ballot initiatives/referenda that took place in the state since 1972. Specifically, I need the following information to be included in the data.
1. Text of the ballot initiative/referendum
2. Local government where the election took place.
3. County where the local government is located
4. Election date
5. Result of election (votes for, votes against, pass/fail)
6. Threshold to pass (50%, two-thirds, etc)
This website from California provides a good example of the type of data I am requesting:

The Department of State is in receipt of your request. Your request will be
reviewed and a search of potentially responsive documents will be conducted
in the order that it was received. Please be advised that the Department
of State is authorized to charge for copies of records, physical or
digital, at a rate of $0.25 per page. Alternatively, you may conduct an
in-person review of any responsive records at no charge. Pursuant to La.
R.S. § 44:32, be advised that due to the nature of the documents that are
located must be reviewed for privileged or confidential information that
would prohibit disclosure or require the redaction of personally
identifying or otherwise privileged information. Such exemptions may
include, but are not limited to: La. R.S. § 44:4.1C, R.S. 18:43, 44, 114,
116, 154, 1308, 1491.5, 1495.3, or 1511.8.

Based upon the current ongoing critical operations of the Department, a
search and review of the requested records may take up to 60 days, however,
the Department will produce any documents as soon as possible.

Greetings,

I am writing in response to your request that was received on March 7, 2024.

A majority of the information that you seek can be accessed online at the
Secretary of State's website(link below). The website goes back as far as
September of 1982, for propositions that appeared on the ballots prior to
then you will have to contact the Archives to continue your investigation.

If you have any questions regarding specific propositions please let me
know. If they are recent the records may be located in our office.
Otherwise, they will be housed with the State Archives.

Lastly, the threshold for all propositions is 50% + 1.
