A complete copy of the Los Angeles County Coroner's report (1986-02223) for an unidentified decedent who was discovered on February 15th, 1986. The NamUs case file number for this person is UP: 4178.
Please search for coroner's reports that could be labeled as "exam protocol", "medical report", "case report" or "investigator's narrative."
I am filing this request because I believe that this unidentified person is a woman named Valerie Ann Larkin and I am hopeful that the release of information related to the Sylmar Jane Doe will assist in the identification of the body.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
