Los Angeles County Sherrif's Department Contracts with Rayzone Group

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:

Copies of any and all contracts between the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department and Rayzone Group, and any final reports generated and delivered by Rayzone Group to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department over the past 5 years. If retrieving the contracts themselves is too burdensome please provide a list of contracts.

Rayzone Group is a private, Israel based company, focusing on hardware and software for law enforcement and government clients. Rayzone Group "designs and manufactures cyber & intelligence solutions for government and federal agencies," according to the company website. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
