Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Public statements show that the City Controller has investigated tree trimming near Lakeside Drive & Barham Boulevard:

Therefore, I request the following:
- The results of this investigation and any documents used to perform the investigation
- Any communications that mention "Universal Studios" or "Universal" sent between July 1, 2023 and the time this request is processed, including attachments
- Any communications between the city and "@nbcuni.com" email addresses sent between July 1, 2023, and the time this request is processed, including attachments
- Any formal requests from Universal to obtain permits to trim trees between 2018 and 2023.
- Any photos, videos, or audio recordings taken by the city of this area in July 2023
- Any communications between the city and "@sagaftra.org" email addresses between July 17, 2023 and the time this request is processed.
- Any city documents about the specific management of these trees
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
