Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:

Any and all records from the last ten years pertaining to the investigation, arrest, and prosecution of Matthew Keys, former Reuters social media editor, in relation to the hacking of Tribune Media Company servers, the defacement of the websites of publications owned by Tribune Company, and Keys' collusion with the collective of hackers popularly referred to as "Anonymous" (or any other potentially radical internet-based groups). Any records regarding attempts at hacking the Tribune Media Company servers in general, any possible Anonymous activity as it relates to Tribune Media Co. or the LA Times, and most specifically a transcript of the proceedings of the prosecution of Matthew Keys and any possible appeals.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
