I request a list of all LAUSD facilities After Hours Permits and a list of all LAUSD facilities After Hours licenses for the years 2022-2023 and 2005-2006.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

As required under California Code section 7922.535(a), the Los Angeles Unified School District (District) will make a determination within 10 days as to whether or not a request is seeking records that are publicly disclosable and, if so, to provide the estimated date that the records will be made available. There is no requirement for a public agency to actually produce the records within 10 days of receiving a request, unless the requested records are readily available. Pursuant to California Government Code section 7922.535, the District is permitted to extend the date for responding under the following specified circumstances:
1. The District needs to search for and collect the requested records from field facilities or other establishments that are separate from the office processing the request.

3. The District may need to consult, which shall be conducted with all practicable speed, with two or more components of the agency having substantial subject matter interest therein.
