Pursuant to the California's Sunshine Amendment (Cal. Const. Art. I, § 3(b)), I hereby request the following records:

All correspondence between the city-issued email addresses of the following members of District 14 Councilmember Jose Huizar's staff:

Paul Habib, Chief of Staff; Rick Coca, Communications Director/Senior Advisor; and Yvette Rojas, Executive Assistant & Scheduler;

AND:

Current and former employees of the Central City Association of Los Angeles, including Mariette Torriente, Noel Fleming, Annie Nuttall, Anh Nguyen, and Annie S. Williams;

WITH SPECIFIC REGARD TO:

the customized legislative benefits packages for the following premier-level members of the Central City Association: Bank of America, Wells Fargo, CHASE Bank, US Bank, XYVest Holdings Inc., Brookfield Asset Management, the Ratkovich company and Overseas Union Enterprise.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

However, the City Clerk's Office does not maintain the e-mail systems of
the City Council Offices.

I suggest you submit your request directly to the office of Councilmember
Huizar. You can find contact information for their office on their web
