To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All of the following documents:
1. From March 2016 to the present, any emails to, from, or about the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, (d/b/a Healthy Housing Foundation, and/or Housing is a Human Right) including but not limited to emails from the domains: @ahf.org, @aidshealth.org
2. From March 2016 to the present, any other communications to, from, or about the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (d/b/a Healthy Housing Foundation, and/or Housing is a Human Right)
3. From March 2016 to the present, any communications to, from, or about the following individuals: Michael Weinstein, Jonathan Eisenberg, Tom Myers, Mark Dyer, Dominique Eastman, Liliana Zoldi, Liza Brereton, Barbara Schultz, Karla Levia, any staff member of Councilman Kevin De Leon's office.
4. From March 2016, to the present, any communication regarding any Los Angeles property owed by the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, including but not limited to: The Madison Hotel located at 423 E. 7th Street; Baltimore Hotel, 501 S. Los Angeles Street; 121 E. 5th Street; Sunrise on Sunset located at 6516 W. Sunset Blvd.; Cypress Arms 2612 Idell Street; The Whitley Hotel located at 1732 Whitley Avenue; Pride Hotel located at 1239 S. Atlantic Boulevard; the Sinclair located at 2200 W. 8th Street; the Barclay Hotel located at 103 W. 4th Street; Casa De Corazon located at 5379 Whittier Boulevard.
5. All applications for loans or other funds submitted by the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (d/b/a Healthy Housing Foundation and/or Housing is a Human Right).
6. All California Public Records Act Requests submitted by the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (d/b/a Healthy Housing Foundation and/or Housing is a Human Right).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
