To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I am requesting the following records:

–All video footage from the LBPD’s drones on the days of May 31, 2020 and June 1, 2020.

In previous PRA requests I have filed you have produced FAA Part 107 waivers the LBPD obtained, including a special authorization for an expanded flight area and night flights on the days listed above.

Additionally, the LBPD “Looting Task Force” and its related protections are still ongoing, meaning the footage likely still exist as evidence.

If you deny this request because of “no responsive documents” please consider this a request for documents showing the dates the footage was destroyed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in above $100 in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request be filed electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM or flashdrive if not.
