1) Copies of the schedule of meetings and minutes of each meeting of the Illinois DREAM Fund Commission since its inception. 2) Copies of any documents that identify each donor to the Illinois DREAM Fund Scholarship and the amounts each has donated since the fund was enacted. Please include the name of the donor and a complete mailing address for each; if the donor is a corporation or other organization, please add the name of an individual or individuals responsible for the donation and the title or capacity in which each serves.
