hours of a PRR are provided at no cost. After that, charges are assessed.

It was a pleasure speaking with you on the phone. AS discussed, I am requesting the Lincoln Police Department to search for
information on any open cases involving:

-Native American Females who are reported missing
-Native American Females who have died as a result of suspicious reasons (i.e. homicide or foul play suspected)
-From 1900 - present.

As discussed, for Public Records Request we typically only release public dispatch and incident report, as our law enforcement reports are typically subject to being withheld from PRR per Neb. Rev. Stat. and I understand this is acceptable to you.

In the event this search would take more than four hours, we will provide as much info as possible starting with the current date and working back as far in time as four hours of searching would provide. After that we will provide you an estimate for any remaining time we believe it would take to search.

Additionally you would like the search limited to easily searchable material initially which I understand to be records contained in our current computer database.

Please let me know if I have correctly summarized our conversation and the parameters of your search request.

For the purposes of this request, "Alaska Native/American Indian" is defined as any individual who was identified as a member of an Alaska Native or American Indian community or as having Alaska Native/American Indian heritage. "Woman or girl" includes all victims identified as females, as well as transgender women. If there are any Jane Does that have been identified as potentially Alaska Native or American Indian, please include them as well.
