Request for Bodycam Audio/Video - Evening of 3/31/21

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I would like to request the bodycam audio/video for the evening of March 31, 2021 for the three (3) Lewisville P.D. Officers who responded to a criminal trespassing call at
Dominos: 175 South Southwest Parkway, Lewisville, TX 75067. The Officers are: PLYBON, T., GORDON, S., and MICHAELSON, S.

Please provide the audio/video from the time of arrival, interaction with the Manager of the Domino's location, interaction of the three Officers with the suspect, the issuing of the citation for criminal trespassing to the suspect, ending with the subject leaving the premises.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
