Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
There was a Lewisville Police Department SUV parked on Business SH 121 today (Saturday, May 8, 2021) at about 10:16 AM. It was parked in the northeast corner of the crossroads of Round Grove Road and Business SH 121 on the right shoulder of the 121 when facing north. I would like the following information for that vehicle:
1.) The four-digit identifying number on the back of the vehicle
2.) The name and badge number of the officer or officers in the vehicle at the time
3.) The daily driver log/watch for that day and time
Earlier in the day at about 9:17 AM, there was also a Lewisville Police Department SUV headed northbound on the Business SH 121 that turn on its emergency lights and sirens (though they turned it on and off) at one of the intersections between I-35E and Round Grove Road (I believe it was at Business SH 121 and Southwest Parkway, but I'm not for sure). I would like the following for that event:
1.) The four-digit identifying number on the back of the vehicle
2.) The name and badge number of the officer or officers in the vehicle at the time
3.) The police report generated for the reason they turned on their emergency equipment
4.) Dashcam recording beginning for as soon as it was saved for that event (I believe it is 30 second prior to the trigger event) and ending for as long as that recording lasted
Please redact any private information in these records and license plate numbers. Also, please redact any information that might reveal the identity of any police officers that are considered undercover.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.
I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment. For files that are too large to be sent by e-mail (e.g. video files), please use an online file sharing service such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or your own and provide a link or upload the files directly using the link provided by MuckRock. If all these options do not work, only then I would desire a CD-ROM sent by mail. However, please notify me of it being sent and send all other files through email.

I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Answer: The Daily Roster sheet has two Officers highlighted. The first
Officer highlighted, C. Brown, is the Officer who responded to the incident
where you asked for the dash cam as stated on the invoice. The second
Officer highlighted, J Williams, is the Officer who was parked at the SH121
Bus and Round Grove Rd intersection.
