Eugene Sonny Irvin Assaulted by Lewisville, Texas Police Officer While Reporting A Child Exploitation Ring Connected to the Department

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The body camera, dash camera and audio footage of incident that occured between Eugene Sonny Irvin and Lewisville Police Officer D. Sherwood on 4/15/2021 at approximately 12 a.m. at Taco Hut, 1235 E State Hwy 121 Business, Lewisville, TX 75067.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
