Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Reports, documentation, and correspondence pertaining to the theft of a HMMWV acquired through the 1033 program, reported to Colorado's Law Enforcement Support Office on September 5th, 2012 and referenced in Colorado LESO's 2012 Program Compliance Review (here, page 5: https://d3gn0r3afghep.cloudfront.net/foia_files/2016/08/09/CO_LESO_PCR_September_2012.pdf). I would like the scope of this request to include the incident report, the report sent to Colorado's LESO, the report and supporting documentation submitted to the Defense Logistics Agency's Office of the Inspector General, and any further correspondence between Las Animas Police, Colorado LESO, and the OIG concerning the HMMWV.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
