Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all of the threats referenced by Lakeridge High School's January 2, 2024, statement concerning the DragFest Event. That statement is available at https://www.instagram.com/wearelakeridge/p/C1naGwHvSxW. This request includes all emails, voicemail recordings, social media messages, letters, or other forms of communication referenced by the statement.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

This email is to acknowledge receipt of your attached fax wherein you have
made a public records request. I am the custodian of records for Lake
Oswego School District and wish to advise you we have no written records,
either hardcopy, electronic or otherwise, that fall within the parameters
of your request. We were notified verbally by our local law enforcement
agency that they were aware of threats relating to the Event.
With this response we consider this matter closed.
