Pursuant to the Idaho Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
In August 2000, seven federal agents from the FBI and the ATF posed as news photographers to monitor protesters outside the Kootenai County courthouse in Idaho. Capt. Ben Wolfinger of the Kootenai County Sheriff’s department had issued the media passes, which were later revoked by Sheriff Rocky Watson. I'd like to request a copy of the passes issued to all seven agents.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
