In order to ensure an adequate search for responsive records, your request requires an eDiscovery search of all KCSO users email for a nearly 4-year date range. We have located 20 responsive email communications, which we are providing to you today as a first installment. We anticipate an update as to the results of that search by April 30, 2024. If we are unable to meet this self-imposed disclosure date, we will let you know.
