KCM routes 121, 122, 166

Good morning,

Thank you for your recent records request. As required under RCW 42.56.520, this letter serves as formal notification that on November 7, 2019 the King County Metro Transit Department (Metro Transit) received your public records request for the following:

In respect of King County Metro bus routes 121, 122, and 166, any and all of the following documents dated on or after 01 January 2016:
- Studies related to these routes
- Surveys of riders or the general public related to these routes
- Planned changes made to these routes, whether to timetables, routing, or any other attribute
- Descriptions or summaries of rationale for changes proposed, considered, discussed, or made to these routes
- Ridership and revenue statistics for these routes
- Public comments, meeting minutes, agendas, meetings, and internal and external emails related to these routes

Our procedure is to locate and compile responsive records, copy and review those records for potential exemptions under the Washington State Public Records Act and other applicable laws, then prepare and produce the records to you. Please anticipate the records you requested to become available on or before December 19, 2019. Should records become available prior to that, I will contact you. Conversely, should we encounter a need for additional time, I will update you immediately.
