Hello Gregg,

Thank you providing this first installment and for waiving the electronic upload fee. We will greatly appreciate the data for the additional precincts when they become available.

If possible, is there any way for the data to be bundled into a spreadsheet or is that too burdensome? Please let me know.

Sincerely,
Colin Gerber

Upload documents directly: https://https://www.muckrock.comhttps://www.muckrock.com/ The KCSO Public Disclosure Unit received no clarifying response regarding the initial release of DCFS (Dispatched Calls For Service) Reports. As previously noted, the DCFS reports provide average response times for all calls in specific patrol areas by call priority. We are unable to run a similar report for only domestic disturbances. The DCFS reports for the remainder of patrol areas for both 2019 and 2010 have been uploaded as part of the second installment of records.
P054401 Colin Gerber_Installment 2a_DCFS 2019.zip
P054401 Colin Gerber_Installment 2b_DCFS 2020.zip
We also extracted CAD Call Logs for July 2019 and July 2020 for all domestic/family disturbances. The call logs provide details such as reported date, dispatch number, case report number if a report was written, call category and priority, patrol district, primary officer, times, and officer's clearing codes regarding the call disposition or outcome. The address has been generalized to the 100 block level for expediency. Please note, the log captures the time the call receiver received the call and began the dispatching process, and the time the officer completed or closed the call. It does not capture the time an officer was dispatched and arrived on scene. The CAD Logs have been uploaded a a single workbook. P054401 Colin Gerber_Installment 2c_CAD Logs.zip The individual CAD Detail Report for each call contains the dispatch and arrival times - if an officer was dispatched - as well as all the information provided in the call logs. It may contain demographic information on the involved parties but will vary with each call and depend on the nature of the call. The CAD Detail Reports may be requested, but note they will require review for privileged information and possible redactions. Should you decide to request these, please submit a new public records request.
