Pursuant to the Wisconsin Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. All documents signed with procurement software or software to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP this agency uses or used in the past five years.
Additionally, if possible, please answer the following four questions:
a. What is the name of the procurement software you use (or the name of the software you use to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP)?
b. What is the annual cost for this software?
c. When did the most recent contract with the software provider begin?
d. Do you use your ERP system to manage the process of RFI, RFQ, RFP?
If there are any fees required to fulfill this request, please let me know in advance of fulfilling my request.

Pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes, ยง19.37(1), you should be aware that if any portion of this message can be construed as a denial of your request, your may pursue either, or both, of the following: (a) you may bring an action for mandamus asking a court to order release of the record; or (b) you may, in writing, request the Kenosha County District Attorney, or request the Wisconsin Attorney General, to bring an action for mandamus asking a court to order release of the record.
PLEASE NOTE: This request is not filed by a MuckRock staff member, but is being sent through MuckRock by the above in order to better track, share, and manage public records requests. No electronic signatures are used in our RFP,RFQ or RFI process currently.
Additionally, if possible, please answer the following four questions:
a. What is the name of the procurement software you use (or the name of the software you use to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP)? - Our RFP,RFQ, RFI are PDF's published on the City's Web Site. Public Works is unique and uses a Subscription Service for Projects: QUEST
b. What is the annual cost for this software? No cost to the City at this time.
c. When did the most recent contract with the software provider begin? 2001
d. Do you use your ERP system to manage the process of RFI, RFQ, RFP? - No
