I am unable to fulfill your request for information. The Kansas Chief Clerk of the House is not the “custodian” of the records sought as the term “custodian” is defined pursuant to K.S.A. 45-217(d) I have no access to electronic communications between the persons you reference or any other legislators or employees of the Kansas Legislature.
