* Historical licensing data for all licensed child care providers (active and closed) that were open anytime from 1/1/19-present:

1. Provider name or ID
2. Provider address
3. Latest license issue date and expiration date
4. First license issue date
5. Enrollment, including dates on which enrollment was recorded (by child age groups if available)
6. Capacity, including dates on which capacity was recorded (by child age groups if available)

KDHE is respectfully declining to fulfill your request and any future requests for child care centers pursuant to K.S.A. 65-525 and K.S.A. 45-221(a)(30). KDHE has made the determination that releasing child care licensing facility information lists is an invasion of the privacy of home providers and may pose a danger to the children in care if the information is improperly used. If you have questions regarding this email or your request, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank you for your interest in Kansas government and your patience in awaiting our response. Your requests will be closed at this time.
