To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

1. Copies, or transcripts, of all citizen complaints submitted to Kane Country Sheriff on June 6 in regards to a private event at Kuiper’s Farm, in Maple Park, IL.
2. Copies of any and all ordinance violation(s) issued to Kuiper’s Farm and other parties for the private event on June 6.
