Hello,
I am requesting the full name, title and badge number of officer PANCZAC 1168 and if you can also confirm his badge number is correct. Also I request if he is a member of the hostage negation team (HRT) within Jupiter Police Department
Secondly the supervisor's full name, badge number and all employment contact information for officer PACZAK and the salary for both individual's for 2022
Additionally as per Florida law, Jupiter Police Department is required to maintain the records or access to the records for contracted contact/dispatch centers.
So I request the confirmation of employment of Jamie Smith ID#232 at Jupiter's (northcom) dispatch center, confirmation of employment, ID number and salary for 2022.
The confirmation of employment of "Adam" ID#412 at Jupiter's (northcom) dispatch center, confirmation of employment, ID number and salary for 2022.
The confirmation of employment of "Courtney" ID#9426 at Jupiter's (northcom) dispatch center, confirmation of employment, ID number and salary for 2022.
The confirmation of employment of "Kristin" (on the clock at 12.5.23 ~7:35am) 'She refused to provide her ID number at is also employed at Jupiter's (northcom) dispatch center, confirmation of employment, ID number and salary for 2022.
Also, the contact information for Jupiter Police Department's internal affairs supervisor/leader, including full name, title, ID/Badge number and full work contact information.
Lastly the full names, ID/Badge Numbers and salary for 2022 for all Jupiter Police staff members during 2022.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
