Georgia Open Records Act Request: Georgia Freedom of Information Act Request: School Bus Stop Arm Enforcement Contract

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

* Copy of the current contract/extensions/amendments for the school bus stop arm program with Gatekeeper Systems, Inc. Please outline system features.
Believe the initial contract was signed in 2016.
* Report of # of incidents captured, # of citations mailed, payment rate, etc. (per year) since the beginning of the program (2016)
* Confirm the number of current (and future anticipated) installations
* Please confirm whether this vendor was selected through a procurement process (e.g. RFP). If so, please provide copies of 1) all vendor submissions, 2) vendor pricing, and 3) scoring sheets.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
