Hello,
I was wondering if you keep information regarding tenants violating that lease addendum you sent. Specifically, what crimes are being committed and how many tenants are given 'notices to leave' or evicted from premises. Please let me know if you are the custodian of that data and if not, who is.

Thank you,
Jenny Wadhwa
