Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
For any records held or generated by your district's police department, office (or department) of safety and security, special investigative unit, or other law enforcement officials:
1. Any police report, complaint (including by parents, students, or any third party), or investigative records concerning the content of any books, materials, or events at a library.
2. Any photographs, videos, or other evidence/documents referenced in the report, complaint, or investigative records.
This request is limited to records generated on or after January 1, 2020.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

We are in the process of reviewing your request for responsive records and statutory exemptions. Pursuant to Florida Statute 119.07(4)(d), the District, as custodian of the records, may charge fees to cover any extensive clerical support, supervisory assistance, extensive use of information technology resources and/or costs to copy the requested documents and we will prepare an estimate for your approval.
