Greetings Megan.

I am in receipt of your request below. As an initial matter, this is a massive request as I read it. Are you looking for emails and documents from every account and person in the City of Jacksonville? If that is the case and we use those search terms dating back to 2015, this will produce hundreds of thousands of emails and documents and will result in thousands of dollars in expense to review and redact those emails and records for any exempt or confidential information. Do you wish to narrow the accounts you wish to search and perhaps narrow your search terms? If you give us an idea what you are seeking we can perhaps focus your request.

Thank you.
