To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Staff roster including but not limited to first and last names, job titles, areas of assignment, and badge, serial, and other identifying numbers. In order of preference, I would prefer that this data be provided as: plain text with comma-separated-values (i.e., a "CSV" file), OpenDocument spreadsheet, Excel spreadsheet, or the native electronic format of the software from which this information is retrieved in fulfillment of my request. I specifically request that you not create a new record for me by rendering to PDF or by printing your electronic record then scanning it to make a series of images of the printed data.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Upload documents directly: https://www.muckrock.com/ Please note: City of Issaquah provides its records digitally through our portal only.  If you have any problems accessing these records, contact me directly to let me know so we can discuss alternate options.  - tammym@issaquahwa.gov or 425-837-3002 To access these records, visit My Records Center and select View My Requests .  Login if prompted.  Locate the tile for this request (P016236-031023).  Select the View File(s) button at the bottom left of the tile.  Select the blue text of the file name to download the file. Be advised that you will need to use a computer to access these files; they may not be accessible on a mobile phone. Please also note that we provided all of the information that we were able to produce in spreadsheet format.  There are 2 Excel spreadsheets, described below. 1) File name "PRR-P016236 - Staff Roster 01.01.2013-03.10.2023".  Contains 2 tabs listing the employee number, name (last name, first name in 2 columns), and Job Class Description for all City employees (not just Issaquah Police Department) from 2016 - the date of your request.  The second tab is from an older system we used to use and contain the employee number, name, Home Department, and Status from all City employees from 2013 - 2016. 2) File name "Telephone List rev 112922 in process".  This is the Issaquah Police Department's current phone list which is the only spreadsheet record that lists IPD staff's names alongside their job titles, though this is only for some positions and not all. The City now considers your request to be closed. However, please contact me if you have any issues accessing your records, or any questions at all.
