Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All records in your possession in connection with, referencing, or concerning Robert Teel, aka Robert L. Teel, aka Robert Lee Teel, including without limitation any records or data entries set forth in the Washington Crime Information Center established under RCW 43.43.500 or the Washington Judicial Information System established by authority of RCW 2.68 and Judicial Information System Committee Rules. The records requested include, without limitation, any Law Enforcement Information Sheet, any records in connection with Case No. 19-2-00086-15, and any Court order.
This request was original made to the Washington State Patrol who was unable to locate this incident in their files. The WSP informed me to forward my request for a copy of public records to the local police agency for the area where the incident occurred. (Island County Sheriff's Office)
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This e-mail serves as our acknowledgement to your Public Records Request dated June 5, 2019, pursuant to RCW 42.56.520, in which you asked for all records in your possession in connection with, referencing, or concerning Robert Teel, aka Robert L. Teel, aka Robert Lee Teel, including without limitation any records or data entries set fort in the Washington Crime Information Center established under RCW 43.43.500 or the Washington Judicial Information System established by authority of RCW 2.68 and Judicial Information System Committee Rules. The records requested include, without limitation, any Law Enforcement Information sheet, any records in connection with Case No. 19-2-00086-15, and any Court order.
The responsive records related to the public disclosure request referenced above are ready for delivery. A redaction log is also included, with proper authority citing the reason for redactions made throughout the records. You will receive a separate e-mail with a link and directions as to how to download the responsive records. In regards to the Island County Superior Court case number 19-2-00086-15 and any court orders; those records can be obtained through the Island County Superior Court Clerk's Office as they are maintained by their office.
Per RCW 42.56.120, public records requests are subject to payment of reasonable charges for
any records provided. The current rates, as established by Island County Ordinance C-120-17; can be found at https://www.islandcountywa.gov/Documents/Public-Records-Fees-C-120-17.pdf. At this time, we are waiving the fees incurred due to the low amount of copying/scanning required for this request.
