All records relating to the review of A Court of Mist and Fury in the 2023–2024 school year, including (but not limited to): any complaints about or challenges to the book and records of any discussions of the complaints, challenges, or review (before and after).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for the following documents:

challenges, or review (before and after)
School District Five does possess existing documents and will make any
records responsive to this request available to you under the FOIA,
§30-4-30, subject to the exemption and redaction of records that are exempt
from disclosure pursuant to the FOIA, §§30-4-40(a)(2), (4), (5), and (7).
School District Five will produce this information within thirty (30) days
as required in the FOIA §30-4-30.
