Subject: Iowa Open Records Law Request: PFAS testing near Eastern Iowa Airport

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Iowa Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

I am asking for release of all results and related reports from testing for PFAS and other chemical contamination near the Cedar Rapids Airport.

According to this story in the Cedar Rapids Gazette, the DNR is now collecting data from the area.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Good morning,

The only information I am aware of regarding Cedar Rapids are PFAS sample
results that were collected by the Iowa DNR and the City of Cedar Rapids at
the municipal water supply. However, I did also include data for both
Hiawatha and Marion as they are near Cedar Rapids and DNR collected samples
at these locations as well. Please see the attached data. Let me know if
you have any questions. Thank you.
