Pursuant to the Iowa Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting the oaths of office for the following Public Servants: RONALD FORSELL(IOWA PROSECUTOR); K. CLARK( IOWA PROSECUTOR); ANDREA M. FLANAGAN (IOWA MAGISTRATE); AND DON L. WILLIAMS (IOWA MAGISTRATE). THANK YOU.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

We respect your requests and appreciate your reminder. We are noticing that the date for your request differs significantly from ours. We keep records of all submissions and proactively reach out when we may need additional time to fulfill a request. However, this request was not sent to us until August 31 - not August 25 as your reminder email shows. Please see below a screenshot of our receipt of the original request received into our email server on August 31, at 11:24 a.m. Given 10 business days from this receipt date, we would have until September 15 to respond.
That said, we have determined that this request cannot be fulfilled by the Department of Public Safety as we do not administer oaths for State of Iowa prosecutors nor magistrate judges. You may want to redirect your records request to the Iowa Judicial Branch at https://www.iowacourts.gov/.
