I would prefer the request filed electronically, by email attachment if available.
If you choose to deny this request, please provide a written explanation for the denial, including a reference to the specific statutory exemption(s) upon which you rely, as well as documentation of any redaction based on the law. Also, please provide all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material.

Dear Ms. Grauer,
Do you agree that the first portion of your request is publicly available on the Department’s website except for addresses? Are you seeking “lookup tables, code sheets, dictionaries and other documents needed to interpret the data” on the website, or just in the complaint database (to the extent one exists), or both?
Very truly yours,
Joshua Jones

Good morning,
I’m not sure what you’re referring to about July 5. Is this an automated message? I have not received a call or reply from you after stating and asking:
I would much prefer a phone call. I have already e-mailed you a question to which I am still seeking a response: Do you agree that the first portion of your request is publicly available on the Department’s website except for addresses?
Could you please give me a call or otherwise answer my question?
Very truly yours,
