Any and all correspondence regarding said report to or from Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan or her staff.
Any and all correspondence regarding said report to or from IDHS Secretary Michelle Saddler or General Counsel Mary Lisa Sullivan.
Any and all correspondence to or from Shanetta Cutlar, U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
