Dear Ms. Weitekamp:
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
I request that a copy of the following documents [or documents containing the following information] be provided to me: video footage and audio footage from the security cameras of the Dayroom of the Joliet Treatment Center (2848 McDonough St, Joliet, IL) on November 11th, 2019 and any footage of Dorm 7 on November 12, 2019.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. In order to help to determine my status to assess fees, you should know that I am affiliated with a community organization and this request is being made to assist with the legal defense of an inmate.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
