Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I hereby request the following records:

Request for records showing all paid transactions from 1505/1505ML funds from 2010 to the present.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

140/1 et seq. This email is seeking clarification regarding FOIA request
15-2221. Specifically, the Illinois State Police ("ISP") does not have
funds that address the particular codes (1505 &1505 ML).Can you please
further clarify.

The request is in regards to the Illinois state Compiled Statutes Criminal Procedure (725 ILCS 150/) Drug Asset Forfeiture Procedure Act , specifically records of payments made from funds of forfeited assets received by the Illinois State Police ("ISP") and it's departments/divisions/bureaus therein.

My request is for records showing all paid transactions from "1505/1505ML" funds as outlined in the Illinois state Compiled Statutes Criminal Procedure (725 ILCS 150/) Drug Asset Forfeiture Procedure Act, paid transactions from State Police Federal Projects Funds, and paid transactions from Homeland Security Grants for years 2010 to present.
