I request that a copy of the following documents [or documents containing the following information] be provided to me that pertains to Dixon Correctional Center:
All records related to reviews conducted for double celling and approvals of double celling, consistent with III. Admin. Code tit. 20 § 504.620(a), at Dixon Correctional Center from August 1st, 2023 to October 1st, 2023.
Please note that statute does not allow your agency to withhold documents in their entirety if only parts of the records may be exempt, so please redact prisoners' names and cell numbers but not the entire emails. Please provide redacted emails.
In the event that there are fees, please inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request be filled electronically.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
