Just to clarify, for the portion of your request seeking "[t]he annual inventory form for years 2015 and 2016 required to be completed by the state coordinator of the 1033 program[,]" are you wanting an actual inventory list or a document that shows completion of any requirements concerning the inventory pursuant to an MOU?
