To help limit the extent of the responsive documents, please limit search from Jan 1, 2023 through the time this request is processed. Please deliver these documents on a rolling basis as responsive documents are found. You can treat #5 (emails) as a separate request because I suspect there will be many more responsive documents there.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. It will be used in the course of reporting for Motherboard, VICE's science and tech site (www.motherboard.vice.com).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Jason Koebler

Good morning Jason,

I just received your email due to the request being sent to Kelly Everitt instead of the public records email or link. Kelly Everitt has since retired and it took some time to have it received. If you'd be willing to open the public records request at the following link, we'll be able to start the process and begin compiling the requested documents: https://www.sde.idaho.gov/communications/public-records-requests.html.

Thank you for reaching out. if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out either here or my email at ksanders@sde.idaho.gov. We look forward to fulfilling your request.
