The 2018 Annual Report for the Washington/Baltimore High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (W/B HIDTA) names this agency as a participating agency.

Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All contracts and agreement documents which cover the participation of your agency in the W/B HIDTA, from 2018-2023.

By "agreement documents" I mean the following: contracts, MOUs, MOAs, data sharing agreements, data use authorization, research agreements, professional services agreements, confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, scope of work documents, amendments, and other agreements.

Additionally, please include all agreement documents regarding partnership between your agency and W/B HIDTA research partners: the Center for Evidence-Based Crime Policy (CEBCP); George Mason University; Mercyhurst University; the University of Baltimore; and any researchers affiliated with these institutions.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
