Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act , I hereby request the following records:
All documents, preferably in digital format, regarding the property commonly known as the River Oaks Country Club, located at 1600 River Oaks Blvd, Houston, TX 77019, for the previous 5 years, including, but not limited to:
· All documents contained within the any Permitting software maintained by the City of Houston (or physical files) regarding all additions/alterations to the property for the time period stated above, including but not limited to:
o Building permits
o Renderings and plans submitted (both preliminary and ‘as built’)
o Inspection reports (with photos)
o Certificates of occupancy issued, if any.
o Correspondence between the owners/managers of the River Oaks Country Club or their agents/contractors
o Photos taken or submitted of the River Oaks Country Club , regarding any additions/buildings/violations or other issues.
· All police and fire calls for service data to the addresses above or any other addresses related to River Oaks Country Club utilized by River Oaks Police or Fire Department. (names of medical patients may be redacted without need for an attorney general’s opinion as well as any witnesses or victims of crimes set out in police reports).
· Copy of all utility bills for River Oaks Country Club which are generated or provided by the City of Houston.
· All records regarding mixed beverage sales from River Oaks Country Club for the period set out above.
· All tax bills submitted and paid, along with all documentation, regarding the property described above as River Oaks Country Club, including any state open land/greenbelt exemptions claimed or given to River Oaks Country Club.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear MuckRock:
The above referenced PLANS have been researched and located per your request. Before copies can be ordered, we will need to receive original release letter from the individuals on the following pages attached with instructions (Projects 11054675, 11091479, 11093049, 11107523, 11113184, 11114953, 11117532, 12019029, 14076560, 14095268, 14095273, 14117811, 15006595, 15033924, 15065389, 15033925 & 15056826). Please note that a portion of the responsive information is copyrighted. If you have obtained the needed release letter from those required, you can submit a request for Pick Up with Open Records using the link or mail in your release letters included with payment. Depending on what information is taken the cost of CD is 16.00 and DVD is 18.00. Please include postage of $0.91 or provide your own postage paid envelope with your payment. Please be aware that all records will be included for all projects and is also included in the price above. There were a few plans that did not have copyrights which are Projects 12072897, 13078410, 14017034 & 14135265 and these can be released also including the price quoted. There are also three projects still being looked for since they are recent (Project 15039592, 15047166 and 15079764 still needing to be reviewed for copyrights). Please let us know the information that you are wanting or if you will try and get the release letters from each company attached.
The City will allow you to inspect the copyrighted material; however it will not make copies of the copyrighted material for you. If you wish to obtain a copy of the copyrighted material you will have to provide your own resources to copy the copyrighted information. In the alternative, you may obtain authorizations from the copyright holders for the City to provide you copies of the copyrighted information.
Please use the below link to schedule a Digital Viewing appointment; you do not need a release authorization to review the plans. Include Case # H1862888 when scheduling for Open Records.
