Pursuant to section 552.301 (b) of the Texas Government Code, the District today submitted to the Attorney General its request for a ruling concerning the information requested in your below and enclosed request. We are providing you with a copy of the District’s request in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code § 552.301 (d) (see attached). Please let us know if you do not receive or cannot open the attachment.
We anticipate providing any documents that are not subject to the District’s Attorney General ruling request on or before Friday, August 25.
