Pursuant to North Carolina Public Records Law (G.S. ยงยง 132-1 through 132-10), I hereby request the following documents:

Please provide me with records of the police response to the shooting committed by Alvaro Castillo at Orange High School on 8/30/2006. The records I'm requesting include but are not limited to incident reports and discharged round reports.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Your request for records pertaining to Orange High School and Alvaro Castillo appears to be a case we did not handle. Orange High School is handled by the Orange County Sheriff's Department. Their contact number is 919-644-3050. We do not have any information in our records regarding a shooting/Alvaro Castillo.
