In response to your public records request below, please be advised that the amount of material being reviewed and compiled is voluminous and, as a result, the duplication cost will undoubtedly be high. Accordingly, please contact me at 510-799-8215 if you would like to modify or redefine the scope of your request, thus decreasing your duplication cost. If we do not hear back from you, we will proceed with collecting the non-exempt records and notify you when they are ready to be copied. Written authorization to proceed with the copying and confirmation of reimbursement of duplication costs and postage may be required prior to copies being made.
If you would find this helpful, our City Attorney, Patrick Tang (copied on this email) would be happy to speak with you over the phone regarding your request and the subject matter at hand. You can reach Patrick Tang directly at 510-332-5001.
