Copies of all contracts, correspondence, emails, proposals, meeting agendas and minutes, and all other documents including deposition transcripts listing Walter McKinney, Neo Consulting DBA Affordable Housing Solutions Group (AHSG); and any police reports concerning missing, misappropriated, falsified or destroyed records concerning Walter McKinney, Neo Consulting, or Affordable Housing Solutions Group.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

In response to your original public records request dated September 17, 2017 and your follow-up request dated March 6, 2018 received via fax (attached), the City has conducted a search of its electronic records which resulted in approximately 533 pages. The copy fee per page is $0.25. The estimated cost to produce copies of our electronic records is $133.25. If you wish to proceed with the City of Hercules producing these records please remit $133.25 to the City of Hercules, Attn: City Clerk, 111 Civic Drive, Hercules, CA 94547. As an alternative, I can provide the files on a data stick at an estimated cost of $12.00. This includes records that were readily searchable and available in our electronic files. It is possible there may be other paper files in storage. Any paper files would need to be copied and copy fees would apply.
